Good News for Paypal Indian Users.Paypal just has increased the money receiving limit for indian merchants to 10000$ .
( ie = Rs 593600 as per the today’s exchange rate) . Due to increase in the value of USD many Indian blogger , SEO experts, Web designers who are doing freelance work for US based companies were benefited.
PayPal increases Receiving limits Again :
Previously paypal had limited indian users to receive only 3000$ per transaction .With this raise in the limits, web designers, SEO experts and other business persons ,who are taking projects more than 5000$ can receive their money in a single transaction rather than multiple transactions.

Congratulations! We are pleased to inform you that PayPal merchants in India can now receive up to USD 10,000 per transaction for export-related payments for goods and services, effective immediately.
With the increased transaction limit, you can:

To receive export-related payments, merchants must confirm their email address, and add a Permanent Account Number (PAN), Purpose Code and local bank account to their PayPal Account. This mail is been confirmed as legitimate and as said in the mail one must confirm his PAN , Bank account, Email address and Purpose code to receive export related payments.
